Automatically show how to quote in the bibliography?

Hello, I would like that at the end of each post, the users of my website find a text that shows how to quote my post in their academic work with different standards (apa, chicago, mla, etc).

This way:
Last name, firs letter of name. (Year). Title of the entry. Retrieved from https://myweb.com

Example: Betancourt, D. (2016). How to get a better work. Retrieved from http://web.com/howtogetabetterwork
