[Support request] Automatically set a featured image from the uploads?

Hello,
On the previous theme that I was using, there was an image that was “featured” from the images that I was uploading on the articles — automatically. Is there any way to automatically pick a featured image from the pictures I upload to the article because now I have a ton of articles without any kind of featured image.

Example: On the homepage now I have only the titles without any kind of featured image. The previous theme was getting that featured image from the uploads to the article..

Hi there,

Can you specify which exact area do you want it placed?

You can use different hooks depending on where you want it placed.

You can also use footer bar widget if you want to put it on the footer area instead. 😀
