Automatic update issue

We have the premium plugin installed on 20 websites, but in 5 of them an error occurs when trying to update with the typical button to update plugin, it forces us to update with a .zip file.
What can we do to fix this?

Yes, I have tried all those solutions, but the problem is not resolved.
Could it have something to do with the Translatepress plugin creating a / es directory?
Can this be fixed?

other plugins 'should not' affect the Plugin update process, if they are then they are doing something they shouldn't be, and i wouldn't expect any of them to be allowed on the wp.org repository if that were the case.
The reasons for a plugin not updating can be for many reasons, generally it would mean that your site cannot communicate correctly with the generatepress.com server to validated the update.

I'm also having issues with the GP updates. It says to update but when I do it gives me an error message saying Update package not available. Can you help me please?
