Author Page on blog - How to update

I have several guest authors on my blog but their author page is showing with my name. I can't find how to update this. When I look at the author information, everything looks correct:
https://www.singleingredientgroceries.com/author/rachelle-paderna/
This page should only have information on Rachell Paderna.
How do I remove "Lisa Hugh"?

thats peculiar as i can see the description is correct.
When you say Guest authors - how are they added to the site ? Do they have their own user profiles ?

I am using Publish Press Authors Plugin. Free version.
They have profiles within the plug in and I didn't list them as a Mapped User.
I tried adding a user profile and linking the author profile to a mapped user but when I did this the link above turned into "this page not found."
Have you checked with the plugin support on this?
I could be wrong but it doesn't sound like something the theme or WordPress can control
