[Support request] author info not showing

Hi,

I have added some info text about the author in the settings in wordpress. But when I publish a post and you click on the author name, only the image shows and no text.

Should I activate this somewhere?

Hi there,

if you have added Biographical Info to the User profile then it should show by default under the author name on the author page.

I would need to see the site to see if there is a problem, could you remove the maintenance mode ?

Have removed the maintenance mode. thanks for checking.

Looks like you have a header element assigned to the author page ( or entire site / all archives ) – if you can remove the header element from there and let me know.

The header element comes with the dispach template i suppose.
