Author drop down missing from Status and Visibility panel

Hi,
My Author drop down is missing from Status and Visibility panel while I'm editing/creating a post/page. It's present if I go into Quick Edit, but not when I am in Edit.
It used to be present, so I don't know if perhaps I have something in functions.php that is hiding it or something? Thoughts on how to get it to show?

Hi there,
That is handled by WordPress itself so it's unlikely a theme issue.
Have you tried disabling all plugins including GP Premium to test if that resolves the issue?
