Astra themes compatible with Generate press?

Hello, I would like to use an Elementor based theme, and take advantage of the fast page speeds of Generatepress... can I have both? Can I use an Astra theme and Genertepress together to achieve the ease of building the site with Elementor and the page speed of Genertepress?

Hi there,
the astra starter site plugin i believe only works with their theme.
you can use Elementor or any page builder on a GP built site, but you will have to carefully optimize the content you build with it as GP has no impact on its performance

Well. I totally do not understand how to use the genertepress block editor... is there a video tutorial that demonstrates how to use it?

The Block Editor is part of WordPress Core. We do however build a lot of sites using GenerateBlocks our blocks plugin, and we have a lot of videos on our YT channels:

right now I'm looking at the real estate theme by GP and in the page editor, I just see a bunch of texts which are not visually laid out. Is there any kind of visual editor?
Is there documentation for each GP theme?

All of the sites are build with the core Block Editor.
Make sure you DO NOT have the Classic Editor plugin installed or the Disable Gutenberg plugin either.
HA~ I had the classic editor plugin on so I was missing all the benefits/options of GP... onwards ;)
