Aspire theme with WP show posts

Hi,

In a multisite Wordpress, i used Aspire theme in particular the blog page : https://gpsites.co/aspire/blog/ to have the first post most largest than others posts. In my multisite Wordpress, we are 3 websites :
https://www.balayeuse-de-voirie.com/ (main website built with Aspire theme) and the first post is most largest than others posts (add class "featured-column" and "wpsp-col-8" instead of "wpsp-col-4")
https://www.strassenkehrmaschine.com/ is the second website copy of main website but the first post is not most largest than others posts. Why ? Can you help me ? Because i must make the third website with the same settings.
