aspire site not responsive?

Hi,
I am designing a new site using the aspire site library but the logo is not responsive. When check it on mobile the "menu" button is underneath the logo instead of at the side, I assume because the logo does not respond properly on mobile and doesnt scale so it does not leave enough room for the menu icon.
How do i fix?
