aspire duplicate a page

I applied the Aspire theme to a new site I am building (see URL).
I cannot duplicate a page to make a new page. The formatting seems to get "lost".
I was able to copy a page 1 time by changing the parent (http://dev-1.mowlb.org/about/get-meals/) BUT for some reason it will not duplicate again (http://dev-1.mowlb.org/about/get-meals-2/. Looks like a style sheet issue, but not sure where to look
Update to my question . . .
I just viewed the page that I duplicated, and was not formatted correctly, in Elemenator Pro. It looked correct. then I changed General Settings -> Hide Title -> YES, saved page and now it views correctly.

seems to be . . . do you know why I would have to save the page on Elementor to have it display properly?? I did not see any other posts in the support forum about this
I'm not familiar with Elementor at all.
Might be best to check with their support :)
