Can you kindly tell me what plugins the Artisan site is using - I have beaver builder

also how do you add a banner at the top of the page as well

I'm only seeing BB and Lightweight Social Icons:

Couple options for banner on top depending on what you are trying create, you can use the topbar widget area or Hooks Elements:
