Artisan Site Identity/Logo breakpoints

Hello, test driving this theme and discovered the site logo is not updating on tablet and mobile views. Have looked for customizations within elements and css but not sure where this setting has been baked in or if this is perhaps a bug?
Using GP 2.2.1 with GP Child 0.1

go to Customizer > Layout > Header and add a logo under the Mobile Header.
