[Resolved] Arrow speed in tutorials too fast

I have been having difficulty using the tutorials because the arrow moves almost too fast for me to follow. Have to start and stop to lock on the subject and see what to do. Is there a way to slow it down, A setting in my machine that I am not aware of?
