"Are you 18 or older?" full-page front-page

Hi, how do one go about making an “Are you 18 or older?” (with a YES/NO button) full-page (over)layout and ensure (A) it’s saved in cookies for returning customers and (B) it don’t redirect away from the homepage but closes down if you say YES (and NO it will redirect to a external link)

You can create a full-page front page with two buttons by using the header element:

However, both A & B requirements will require custom solutions which are out of the scope of this forum.

You could try looking for a pop-up window plugin and see if it satisfied the requirements.

If not you’d need to hire a developer to create the custom solution for you.
