Archive Posts Not Displaying Correctly

For this page, https://wordpress-630684-2065247.cloudwaysapps.com/dining-out/, I set the "excerpt" to only 20 words, and it's displaying much more for that. The "Read More" button is also not displaying correctly, it's only displaying on some of the posts.
Please advise, thank you!
