Any Idea How I make My Site Look Like This?

I really like this letter style site. Any ideas how I can achieve the same?

Not the navigation, but the purple and pale blue overlaid with the white section.

You can use the header element to create the purple part:

Once this is done, link me to the site in question and I should be able to provide some CSS to merge the content with the page hero.
