Analogue of Simple CSS, but for functions.php. Is there such?

Hello everyone! ;)
Perhaps who can tell me. Is there any analogue of Simple CSS, but only for functions.php?
If so, which one is the best to use with GP?
Sometimes you don't want to add different code to the functions.php, because can accidentally forget about it and lose it forever...

I still use that plugin whilst developing a site for quick and easy access. But then i move the snippets to the child theme functions.php once i am happy with the result.
