    Hi Team,

I have read the memos you all have written but can’t figure this out. It sounds like I need to deactivate and then activate my license key. How do I do that?

    Hi there,

Were you getting the authorized error?
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/updating-issues/#getting-an-unauthorized-message

And the steps it didn’t work? Make sure the 4 steps are completed.

    Let me know πŸ™‚

Thanks Leo. I wish I could upload the screenshot here of the error. It says, “Download failed. Unauthorized.” I fear this is because I used a practice site to set up my page and then moved it to the permanent URL. But I already re-activate the key. Thoughts?

    Thanks.

I can’t figure out how to do this: “remove your license key and save – then re-add it and save.”

What are you having trouble with?

Do you see the license key field?
