Altering header and menu (Relay)

hey!
I've gone through some of the settings, and also read through other threads but cannot see how to achieve (or if it's at all possible), to change it from left to right as per the screenshot below. Any pointers much appreciated!

you can use this method to make the header background transparent and merge it with he content:

You will need to make sure your content has enough Top Padding to stop the first line of content from falling behind the header

With regards to the spacing, would it need to be quite a lot to clear whatever is in the page hero?

I think you can set the navigation background color to that deep blue at customizer > colors > primary navigation.
