    Hi there,

There are certain user roles such as editor that doesn’t allow access to wordpress plugins. However, I use a plugin called “wpDataTables” to create tables as the wordpress editor (classic doesn’t allow creating tables).

Through that plugin we can generate tables and then create shortcode which can be pasted in the editor to add tables in the blog. So to generate the shortcode, I need to give the plugin access to the editor user (which isn’t offered by default).

So is it possible to give a specific plugin access to the userrole?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

    This isn’t a GP or theme-related question.

I’d recommend checking with WP’s support team or a general WP forum like Stack:
    https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/

    Thanks for your understanding 🙂
