Allow Sidebars With Sections

Congrats on creating a ground breaking WP theme system.
I'm new to what your are doing and I'm just stunned by how advanced your thinking is on all of this.
Here is what I saw in your doc to add sidebars with setions:
add_filter( 'generate_sections_sidebars','__return_true' );
Not working for me in the Catalyst template.
Am I doing something wrong?

I just tested the code and was able to get it to work.
Can you make sure a sidebar layout is selected on that page?

Can't get this to work yet. I maybe having other issues.

I've just set up a second and different test environment and this still does not work for me.
Also, once I publish I can no longer edit the page. Can't move or edit sections. This is true for both est sites.
And - don't know if this is related - but I when I used my license key I was not able to access the site library but when I removed the key I could access it.
Tell me how to send credentials to the second test site if you want to have a look.
