All my product images for both category and single product page have shrunk

All my product images for both category and single product page have shrunk to a tiny size, maybe 3x3 pixels.

I have been optimizing my site but am unsure how I did this. Strange thing is I reloaded a backup of files and database from yesterday when all was working fine and it is still

SOLVED: This was a caching issue. Cleared all caches and regular product sized images returned.
