All Menus Being Deleted when deleting item

I have a strange issue, perhaps a bug.
When i go to edit one of my menus: (Assuming I Have 3)
MENU 1 - 4 elements
MENU 2 - 2 elements
MENU 3 - 3 elements
I go into Menu 1 > Element 2 and hit 'delete'.
It somehow wipes out EVERY SINGLE menu i have on wordpress.

I've had to rebuild my menu like 5 times, I've tried re-installing wordpress - however the problem persists when I'm using generatepress plugins and themes, it is happening ONLY on one of my generatpress setups. It's a strange issue. I don't know even know how to google it lol.
I'd be happy to share any sort of "log". SO i can debug this situation.
Hi there,
the Theme and GPP do not interfere in any way with the core Menu Builder function.
Does the issue exist if you temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to a Twenty* something theme ?
