Alignment Issues within Container

Hi, I have loved this theme since I purchased premium. With some of the latest changes to WordPress however, a lot of the alignment is just off. Please take a look at my site. The middle container seems to be missing it's padding and when you add a "Media+Text" element (its new to WP) that seems to be all off. Is any of this being fixed in the beta version?

That page is using the Page Builder container set to Contained - which removes the padding from the inside article. That has either been set here:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/
or using the Layout Element.
