Hi - I have been trying to align the logo, main navigation and lightweight social icons on my website. I am not using a builder.
I would like to be like shown on this website https://www.surfer.com/.
Thanks
Hi there,
Try using the methods suggested in the links below.
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/#navigation-as-header
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-icons-to-menu-items/
You should basically have what the example site has.
Let me know if this helps :)
Hi - Nice thanks, I knew I had to do the icon thing that way...however it changed a little and now it is possible to use awesome font as svg...thats nice.
About the header, I am still not there, cause I dont want it to go out of the container, so I use position absolute, but then the menu overlaps when resizing the window.
Another thing is that I want it this way: Logo | Menu | Social | search --> all centered as in the example, without overlaping divs...I tried...
If you set the inner navigation width to contained and align left you should get exactly what the example has:

Let me know if this helps :)
So I use this https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/primary-navigation-logo-alignment/
Thanks for the help!
No problem :)
