after duplicate no scale?

Dear Generatepress,
I have 2 issues i can't get to work.
1. When i try to copy and past by pressing ctrl c or v, nothhing happens. When i press ctrl + x the selected thing is gone but i can't past it.
2. The second problem is when i try to duplicate a container it's not scaled. If i'm logged in to wordpress and look at it it's scaled but when i test it in incognito mode it's ugly. (example in img). How can i fix this?

1. if you copy something you need to then add an empty Text block, and then paste it into the text block.
2. Try disabling any cache optimization plugins
