Affiliatable shortcode not showing

Hi there!
I am trying to display a shortcode on this page that should generate a table: https://lifehealthhq.com/whole30-meal-services/
Instead, the shortcode is just appearing in writing.
I followed the product's guide here on how to add the base code to the header section (https://affiliatable.crunch.help/getting-startred/affiliatable-base-code) using the GP Elements, but it's not showing. Any idea why it's not working?

I can see the script has been added to the <head> area correctly, so the hook is working fine.
1. Can you try using a shortcode block to insert the shortcode?
2. If it still doesn't work:
- Disable all plugins except GP premium to test.
- Switch the theme to twenty twenty series to test.

I tried deactivating plugins and switching themes, no luck

can you check the shortcode currently it looks like this:
[affiliatable id=’62817′]
And those apostrophes are busted, they must be straight quotes like so: '
Yeah, I know they look weird on the page, but in the backend they are straight quotes. :/
Try copying and pasting this into a HTML Block:
[affiliatable id='62817']
Still no luck! I'm reading out to the affiliatable support team now. I could also use their plugin instead of inserting the header code, but I was hoping to avoid adding another plugin.
Aah... you may need the plugin for that shortcode to work.
The script added to the site alone won't create the shortcode.

Unless they are doing some magic or using the Javascript to render the shortcode... which may be the case ( well maybe not the magic lol ) but i never seen that before.
