Advice on Implementing a Type of Theme - Soledad

I have a client who likes SOledad theme and want to know which of the themes in GeneratePress i should start with? There is also a slider, which one would you recommend?

My personal preference for sliders is Smart Slider 3
The header/navigation area can be accomplished basically with 2 top bar widgets and this the navigation as a header option:

The slider can be created with a slider plugin and inserted in the page hero:

Which basic theme should i use?
We don't really have one exactly like that but I'd say Tasty is an okay one.
Should be just as easy starting from scratch using my suggestion above though.
