Whats recommended...

I'm looking to add few tags they are all advertising can i just create one hook? or do i need a sperate one for each one of them?

they all follow the same critiria low priority on footer.

Yup you can just add them in one hook if you wish.

Sometimes it might be easier to manage to separate them but it's your choice.

I noticed that the theme still loads bunch of stuff despite me disabling everything. is a way i can remove the js and css files to reduce load and increase speed. I am using elementor to build my site.
