Can someone help me out on this Adsense Site Navigation Violation I keep getting from Adsense?

Don’t really understand what it means and how to solve it.

Leo, I added enough text on one of the pages but that didn’t seem to solve the issue…
More pages are being for same violation… Couldn’t figure out the problem… I’ve searched numerous pages online but can’t get the solution.
But I noticed some ads not centrally positioned when displayed..
Like edge of the ads are positioned to the left of the screen

Some ads have fixed width which isn’t responsive by default.
