adjusting header background video size on Android

OK so I thought background header videos wouldn't play on phones but it turns out they do play on Android. I have iphone so it is loading the background image instead of the video on my mobile. This is fine. However, on Android, the video has a black bar above and below it. How can I take that out so there are no black bars? Thanks.

That's strange. How tall is the video itself? It may just need to be a bit taller in order to fit the entire area.
