Adding video to the header

Before we start working on the video background header element, let's fix some issues first.

Looking at your elements, they are all conflicting with each other on location rules.

Can you set some of the element that you are not actually use to drafts so we can work on the elements that you really need?

Or just exclude front page from all the other header elements and page heros.

Completed that requested task. Banner still not working.
