[Resolved] Adding "UP" Arrow to Bottom of Page?

I’m building my website with GP Premium’s “Marketer” template.

I’m not using Categories; I’m just listing my posts until they run to a new page on my desktop PC. So far, I have about 12 posts on Page 1; additional posts go to Page 2, and so on.

Instead of making the reader use the scroll bar to get to the top of the page, is there a way to insert an “UP” arrow in the right-hand margin? And would this work on mobile phones as well?
