Adding Terms and Conditions to Footer

This is very basic I know but I want to add the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages to a footer widget. I am using Pivot. I added a fourth Footer Widget and used the Text Widget inside it but I am not sure how to reference the page short codes within the widget.

Are you trying to create something like our footer widgets?
If so we are just using the Navigation Menu widget from WordPress in the footer widget area.
