Adding menu below into site header

Hi Tom,
On this site again: http://cartmelluxurycottages.co.uk/ I'm thinking of adding a separator line below the main navigation as per the one to the top of the site-header/masthead.
Is there a way to add the navigation into the header?

Any reason why you want it inside the site header instead of just adding the border/separator line to the .main-navigation element?
Hey Tom
It was because I couldn't get the border stroke to go full width like the header -but thanks to you just noticed I wasn't targeting the parent element but nav#site-navigation .inside-navigation
Then still thought not working, but your above comment made me think and noticed under layout I had the navigation width set to contained :(
All sorted now Tom!
