Adding Material Design into GP Child Theme

Hi Tom,
I would like to know how I can add Material Design CSS to my GP Child theme:

its not as straight forward as adding the CSS. As material design requires their HTML and JS. Which elements are you looking to style? We can probably assist with CSS that can style the Theme Elements.

I was hoping to add the entire library in, since my entire site is going to be based around Material Design.
Chanced upon this,
Would I be able to add this in like Bootstrap?
If so, what are the steps to take, please? Thank you!
The point i was trying to make was even if you added and enqueued the materialize styles and scripts in your child theme, it won't change the Theme style. You would only be able to use it with your own HTML content.
A lot of the basics such as colors and typography can be simply set with the Customizer. With some additional CSS to tweak those elements such as creating outline buttons, all of which we can assist with.
