Yes. This is a google adsense code. it can be displayed anywhere that my thinking. I would like it to be anywhere in the website.

If its an Auto Ad then you would keep it the code in the wp_head hook. Then that Ad will be randomly placed by the ad provideer

So there was no need to set Display Rule?

Yes - you must set a Display Rule - if you want it everywhere then use Entire Site
