adding bootstrap menu items to navigation

Hello -
I am new to GP and have a 2 part question. I would like to add a CONTACT US navigation button that sits on the far right of my nav menu just like the one seen here: https://www.retirement.org/rvm/
1. what code do I add to the functions.php file (I am using a child theme)??
2. do I create a hook in Elements??
