adding ad in masonry grid on homepage, category pages

hi
i have made a grid of three columns to showcase the posts in homepage, categories and tags pages. i want to show adsense ads after 3 posts in the fourth rectangle instead of the fourth post. i am using ad inserter plugin. i tried adding the code, but the ad was getting displaced. i have cached the homepage, so you can have a look and let me know how it can be done. link to homepage is given below.

Unfortunately I think that would be quite difficult. Even if it's possible, it would require some custom coding.
You can check with the plugin author and see if this is possible - shouldn't make too much difference if you are using GP or a twenty-series themes. If the plugin author has a way that you can do it with the twenty-series themes, then we can help to tweak the code.
