Adding a heading beneath the menu

Hi All,
Not a coder, need advice.
I went with a demo (tasty).
I'd like a heading (centered) right beneath the main menu, to use as a tagline that explains better what my site is about (it's not entirely clear from my logo.
The heading would push down the main layout of the demo (latest posts, sidebar widgets) a little.
Is there any "additional" css that would easily allow me to do this?
Thank you
Sorry Thomas, I'm not sure I fully understand your request here, is it possible to show us a screenshot or example site that you are hoping to achieve?

Hi Ying,
I’d like to add a heading under the menu above the latest posts like this one that says “Everything You Need to Know About the Smartest Dog”:
https://bordercolliehealth.com/
Thank you.
Thomas
I see, we can use a hook element or a block element if you are not familiar with code to achieve it.
This article should be helpful:

In your case, the hook should be generate_before_content.
Here's a visual hook guide for your reference:

Let me know :)
