adding a contact form

Hi - I am using the template "search" and am trying to embed "contact form 7" - see page https://staging.bikettf.org/win-a-bike/
Contact form 7 appears in the "forms" to choose from but doesnt display.
I have tried inserting it as a html block and it does display but not correctly.
In the "forms" section of the dashboard it is not available - only "sample form is available" ?

that link you provided generates a 404 not found page - can you confirm the link?
If i check the link in the nav then i see the Happy Forms form...
Hi David - I have confused myself and probably you! Have found the answer - create a new form in the dashboard rather than try and install contact form 7. :)
