Hi Tom,
How do you add a text link over a photo?
I want to add 4 words (linked to a page) over a featured image already on a page.
My Internet research produced no clear answer.
What CSS code should I use so I can control the font size, color and position on the photo, as well as linking it to another page?

You would typically want to set the image as a background image and then add content over it.
The Page Header add-on allows you to do this in the "Content" tab.
