I see similar questions are asked a lot…

Referring to the article https://docs.generatepress.com/article/add-site-title-to-navigation/, can that be used as a hook in Elements? I’ve tried a few things such as adding it to wp_head and other locations, but am really just fumbling around and haven’t had any luck. The article looks pretty current, so I didn’t want to confuse myself with all of the different solutions out there.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

Had to do some digging, but found this https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-php/.

Installed the Code Snippets plugin and added the code just as it was in the other article. Worked like magic.

Any chance something like Code Snippets or adding the title in the navigation can become part of GP Pro one day?

    Glad you figured out!

Things like Code Snippet definitely belongs in the plugin territory.

We have considered adding site title for navigation but it really hasn’t been requested that often – which is why we have made a copy and paste solution available in the documentation.

If this comes up a lot more then we will consider it again ๐Ÿ™‚

I guess another option would have just been to upload an image as the title. The Nav Logo doesn’t seem to have any size constraints. This is probably a better solution for me, anyway.

Definitely a good option too ๐Ÿ™‚
