Is there a way to add an image to Primary Menu? like below the MyAYF image?

Hi there,

You should be able to just add HTML to a custom menu item: <img src="URL TO IMAGE" alt="" />

Otherwise, you can use a plugin like this: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/menu-image/

Taking advantage of the topic, I would like to know how to remove the padding, so that the image occupies the entire width of the menu?
Note: I’m inserting the image via html inside the item.
