Add button to navigation search

I have the search tool in the navigation on a site and the client would like it to have a button that says Go or Search in addition to the ability to just hit Enter. I tried to find a solution, but am coming up short. Is it possible to make this happen?

I get that, but where am I adding it? header.php? A hook? If a hook, which is the best to use?

Code Snippets is the easiest if you aren't using a child theme already.
