Add bounce badge to button

Not sure if I fully understand.

If the button is made with Elementor then you will need to check with their support team on how to make it.

Please see my website https://www.instalatoracasa.ro and last item in menu have bouncing badge.
I want to add bouncing badges to another button in page (not in menu).
