Hi,
I need to add 15 images to slider. Please explain how I can make this. Also Will the site slow to load after I add these images? It's very important to add 15 images to slider.

Adding that many images to a slider shouldn't be an issue.
Have you chosen which slider plugin you wish to use?
The best free one is: Meta Slider
Really nice premium ones include: Master Slider, Slider Revolution
