Ad filters blocking archive product images

Hey team,

I've just discovered that certain adblocking extensions stop products from showing on the website.

I'm currently using AdGuard Adblocker chrome extension on the latest version of chrome and when turned on, their filter filters out my product images when viewing categories.

I believe this is because they have 300x300px dimensions which matches certain standard adverts. It might also be because of the '-300x300.gif' last part of the file extension. I've only tested AdGuard but i'm sure others will do the same.

Is it possible to change the default sizes? 298px x 298px aught to do the trick. Might also need some core CSS changes to keep everything looking slick.
