Accordion CSS Not Working on Mobile Only

Hello! I've made an accordion/toggle for my new website (which can be found on this page.)
I made it using the directions found in this post by David.
It works wonderfully on my desktop and on my tablet. But all the styling disappears when I view the webpage on mobile. I am at a loss as to why this might be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.

try moving the CSS provided to the very top of your CSS.
