Above header menu not working

Hi, I'm trying to set the menu option to "above" header but this function isn't working. While it looks correctly in the customizer, on the live site the menu is still inside the slider. Any ideas?

The navigation is indeed above header currently but looks like you aren't actually using a header:

Perhaps the merge option in header element is not what you want?

Got it! This helps. How do I do the same for every page, e.g.: https://timeexpressus.com/contact/ I don't want the same image on each page; I just one every page to have the same type of menu--above main picture.
